From this site, we ship everywhere in WORLD with FedEx.

DELIVERY

Delivery times vary based on your location. Normally, orders are delivered within 2-10 working days; however, for certain destinations delivery can take longer.
Delivery times do not include delays caused by possible customs clearances for shipments to be delivered outside of the European Union. Any shipments within the European Union will not require any customs or duties to be paid. All orders will be delivered by Fedex or DPD, Venipack, Omniva.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Shipping costs vary based on your location, the weight of the order, and the number of boxes required. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.

TAXES AND OTHER DUTIES

Ordering to a destination outside of the European Union additional taxes and duties may apply upon receipt of your order.
All relevant duties and taxes as well as customs clearance procedures are to be paid for and handled by the recipient. The Candledust is not responsible for informing customers of such additional costs or procedures and will not refund any such costs to the customer.
Any shipments within the European Union will not require any customs or duties to be paid.

 

RETURNS

Returns can be made within 14 days as from receipt of the order. Only products that are unopened/unused and contained in unbroken/undamaged packages can be returned.
We will reimburse to you the amount paid for relevant products costs within 3 days as from receiving such returned goods in our warehouse. Please note that it might take longer for the refund to be received on your account as transfers between payment systems can take longer.
The consumer bears relevant delivery costs upon product returns. The seller will not reimburse the costs of a return delivery.
Please note that TheCandledust will not reimburse any customs duties if such duties have been paid upon product returns.
Please note that if an order is returned due to unclaimed delivery, incorrect shipping details, or any other reason not attributable to The Candledust, we reserve the right to deduct all related shipping and return costs from the refund. If these costs exceed the value of the product, no refund will be issued
